Act as liaison between the Company and the public on financial matters;
Analyze corporate activities for investors, identify networking and other opportunities to build and create new initiatives;
Facilitate financial analyst meetings, which may include creating and reviewing the agenda, suggesting and setting the format and dates of the meetings, and fielding questions that may arise before, during, and after the meeting;
Collaborate and make recommendations in executing the investor relations program, including strategy, operating and budget;
Provide supports with on-going information to the Company's executive leadership regarding competitive intelligence, security analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis;
Manage the coordination and presentations for the annual shareholders meeting;
Executive in building long-term rapport with investors and analysts and keep shareholders knowledgeable about the Company;
Create and update investor presentation. Maintain and update public website regularly;
Detecting the ongoing operational changes in the organizations and tracking them through ongoing contacts with management and conveying them properly to the investors;
Assist and support to investors related digital transformation projects;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Business, or related field required;
Have a strong background in investment or consulting (a plus if have prior work experience in PE, investment fund or a consulting firm);
At least two years experience in the same position;
A strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools;
Extremely effective communication (verbal, written, and graphic) skills and ability to develop and maintain business relationships;
Good verbal and written communication in English (study abroad is preferred);
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (a plus if have used or experienced in any dashboard or reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI,...)
Capable of communicating clearly to different depts and BU within the company;
Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text;
Ability to analyze and improve opportunities for investors.
