* Working from Monday to Friday (08:00 -16:35)
* Working address: TS3, Tien Son IZ, Bac Ninh Province (company bus from Hanoi city)
the following activities:
1. Design, re-design and continuously revision of production processes to optimize ergonomics, maximize efficiency, improve flexibility and capacity and in general reduce waste
2. Development production standards, methods and operating procedures
3. Time studies and Motion studies within the plant, bottleneck management throughout the production process and line balancing / re-balancing (when needed)
4. Development of specifications for new machines and production lines and design review (in lights of the specifications defined) with external suppliers
5. Commissioning and acceptance of new production equipment
6. Study, development and implementation of technological upgrades
7. Early Equipment Management (EEM) pillar leadership within the World Class Manufacturing plant organization
8. Industrialization of new products and Engineering Change Requests from R&D and Quality departments
9. Implementation of Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing initiatives
10. Support to plant layout design (or re-design) to improve and streamline flows
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Engineering degree and an experience of 3-5 years in similar roles in manufacturing companies
2. Experience in designing & re-designing the production process/machine; developing the machine specifications & production lines with external suppliers
3. Time & Method studies methodologies (MTM-UAS is a plus)
4. Technical procurement and vendor management
5. Project and cost management
6. Drawing SW as Autocad/Cadra/Solidworks or 2D/3D technical design
7. Basics of World Class Manufacturing (or other
continuous improvement approaches)
8. Safety and Environment concepts applied to production processes
9. Basics of statistical
quality control, simulation and applied statistics
10. Basics of cost and performance accounting
11. Basics of mechanical, electrical, electronics and SW in the maintenance field
12. Robustness in analytics and problem solving, planning, time and deadlines management, communication and strong entrepreneurial mindset
13. Fluency in English is mandatory (written and oral)
14. The candidates come from the manufacturing plants on the fridge, air-conditional, water heater is preferred.
