JOB DESCRIPTION/ SUMMARY:
Responsible for making statistics, synthesizing revenue documents as well as controlling the financial situation of TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Is responsible for ensuring that the daily billings of the front office cashiers are created correctly according to predetermined standards.
- Store sales invoices and compare with previous used invoices.
- Check the number of goods, sales revenue and update for
Financial Controller or
General Accountant during the day.
- Monthly evaluation and commentary of departmental reports on sales and costs, submits proposals to the general manager and controller to increase sales and reduce costs for his/her division
- Constantly update tracking sheets for revenue
- Make sales, revenue reports or prepare sales documents.
- Adjust the deductions, ensuring that all issues related to revenue deductions are approved of Head of Department.
- Make reports on revenue deductions
- Inspect balance sheet and correct errors where available
- Balance bank and company accounts
- Creates forecasts and budgets for his/her area and assist in the overall budgeting coordination
