* General objectives:
- Monitor the Sales team's sales activities in order to increase booking conversion rate.
- Increase the number of bookings by launching promotions, new tour routes, new tour services and so on
- Build up and foster partnership relationship with TO-TAs clients and boost company reputation through sales and customers services.
* Responsibilities in details / Job Requirements
- Dealing with direct clients and TO-TAs clients as appointed by the Directors
- Monitoring sales and follow-up activities of sales team
- Propose and launch promotions, promote our new tour routes and new tour services to clients, improve Absolute Asia Travel's customer services, and so on
- Assist sales executives with sales experience, knowledge, outlines and so on to ensure the quality of sales team' replies to clients.
- Ensure a smooth communication with direct customers and travel agents
- Enquiries must be responded within 12 hours
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all services are booked and ready at least one week prior to arrival date
- Follow up payments with customers and travel agents
- Handle bookings from direct customers or your travel agent
- Send follow-up emails to get the final feedback from them for our proposal
- Make sure that all trips sold by you are mistake-fee and run smoothly
- Assist product team with creating and editing website content & updating programs & making quotations.
- Assist admin team with dealing for the best contract rates from local suppliers (hotels/cruise boats/sub-tours/restaurants...)
- Report regularly about any issues, problem and complaints from customers/travel agents to your Directors
- Monitor weekly and monthly Sales Report and update the excel file 'Sales Report'.
- Co-operate with other departments in a friendly and effective manner.
- Other tasks as required by the Directors

* Requirements for Qualifications, Experience & Work Expertise:
- University graduate or higher, female candidates are preferred.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- At least 2 years of experience in Inbound sales and in level manager
- Vietnamese national only
- Good leadership and presentation skills.
- Good coordination with colleagues, giving discussion ideas in groups
- Ability to organize, good planning skill
- Have knowledge and ability market analysis and evaluation.
- Able to communicate well, create good relationships with customers, relevant external agencies and organizations.
- Be proactive and creative at work.
- Extensive practical knowledge of travel destinations in Vietnam and Southeast Asia is an advantage
