PSK is now urgently looking for an Import Specialist,
working in Hanoi for a global forwarding.
Job Description
• Process import shipments according to documented policies and procedures
• Provide
customer service and information to internal and external customers, through multiple mediums, in an ethical and professional manner
• Perform
accounting functions including client invoicing and recording cost information according to established procedures and customer specific SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure)
• Perform tasks and capture information in systems according to established internal standards (KPIs - Key Performance Indicators)
• Other duties as requested
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years' experience in imports or combination of education and expertise preferred
• Experience and knowledge regarding import entry procedures, compliance, rules and regulations preferred
• Knowledge of First Port of Arrival (FPOA) entry processes is preferred
• FDA experience preferred
• Knowledge of Importer Security Filing (ISF) preferred
• Good working knowledge of OGA transactions preferred
