Job Description
- Manage all HR functions (HR organization chart,
recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, KPIs & performance appraisal, training
development)
- Recommend solution of HR organization chart & department responsibilities
- Plan and manage recruitment
- Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities
- Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees
- Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees
- Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company's operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention
- Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved
- Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development
- Develop company culture
- Support Trade Union
- Update new Laws, new regulations and give advices to the company
- Develop HR reports as required for CEO
Requirement
- Male / Female.
- College / University degree in relevant fields
- At least 5 years of experiences, working in factory
- Be able to communicate fluently in English or Chinese.
- Must be proficient in Words, Microsoft Excel, Emailing.
