Panasonic Appliances Vietnam is looking for talent to join the Human Resources team. Eligible candidates will take charge of Training and Recruitment activities as below:
1. Training (60%)
Delivery and
administration of internal training programs:
• Arrange Orientation Training for newcomers: monthly / period.
• Support to implement annual training programs: facilitate layout, follow up trainers and trainees.
Implement an internal E-learning platform:
• Work closely with HR manager & stakeholders to build & develop an internal E-learning system.
• Assist in transforming traditional training into digital training.
• Generate and suggest ideas to build training content.
• Research and define creative graphic designing criteria.
2. Recruitment (30%)
• Perform recruitment operation: post job advertisement, screen CV, interview, and offer successful candidates, ensure all vacancies are filled with
best-fit candidates within the target time.
• In charge of on-boarding procedures for newcomers.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze the reasons for resignation.
3. Other tasks & responsibilities as assigned by the Manager. (10%)
