- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in Manufacturing company, less experience will be considered as
Assistant Manager- Good command of Chinese (Putonghua), both in written and spoken.
- Understanding labour law, social insurance law, tax law and HR related practices and compliance requirements preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Having professional knowledge and good understanding of market practices in social insurance, labour contract, PIT, building salary file, salary scale, HR policy, recruitment, training and development and HR budgeting
- Data analyze skills, able to work under pressure and have a sense of responsibility at work
- Honesty, objectivity, carefulness, accuracy
- Good presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer skills: Word, Powerpoint, excel.
