JOB DESCRIPTION:
Principal Accountabilities
Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging activities for learning and other events
Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
Supporting
administration - composing presentations, drafting reports, assisting with key documents such as HR Learning Newsletter, HR Bulletin...
Managing external relationships and service providers
Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area.
REQUIREMENTS:
Students from Universities/Educational Institutions who have not graduated yet and desire for a 6-9 month internship.
Ability to intern full-time is a plus.
Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from Universities/Institutions.
Studying toward a degree in
human resource management or related field.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and some design app (Canva, Photoshop....)
The ability to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective
communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
