1. JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Receptionist /Office Administration Management
Greet visitors, secure nature of visits and direct to appropriate individual;
Sort and distribute incoming mail, fax, parcels;
Meeting room arrangement
Support the purchase of office supplies, grocery, equipment and keep track of stock inventory
Support to prepare payment requests for occurring and recurring expenses
Other administrative tasks assigned by Line Manager
b. Recruitment/ HR development support
Support in recruiting Full time/Part time staff
Check and filling documents for new staffs
Participate in developing Social media content for internal channel
Support in organizing and coordinating internal events
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Can work fulltime from Mon - Fri, 8h30 to 17h30
Proficient in office computer skills (design powerpoint, word, excel);
Hard working, detail-oriented
