Budget for
human resources, planning for recruitment, training and developing
human resources according to the requirement of BOD;
Manage the
recruitment and selection process of candidates;
Contribute ideas in building the company's organizational structure;
Develop policies for promotion and replacement of personel;
Lead and cordinate with relevant department/ units to develop and supervise the implementation of regulations, processes, and regulations on HR management, salary, and remuneration policies for employees, internal regulations, working procedures, regulations in related fields;
Manage and direct the work of employees in the department, ensuring the completion of the department's goals, functions and tasks;
As a bridge between management and employees, helping to resolve requests, complaints or other issues;
Building a positive working environment and a dynamic and efficient working culture at the request of the BOD;
Supervise and manage employee evaluation and reward system;
Report to management and support decision making through HR metrics;
Ensure compliance with the law in human resource management activities;
Responsible for office management and administrative support such as ordering stationery, water, cake... and other requests from the BOD and company
