Job Requirements About the Role

Digital workplace experience is a key tenant to this transformation, and Chubb is seeking one Specialist for LATAM to design, develop, oversee, and implement various product solutions with a regional and local perspective. This role will report to the Compensations Director, and our desire is to identify high performing talent within LATAM.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Coordinate & Support HR transformation across the region with processes and vendors standardization (payroll, benefits, etc.)
· Propose, coordinate, and support digital solutions for more efficient processes with cross-country vision taking into consideration technological available tools based on metrics.
· Analyze, and recommend policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to automate processes, redesign processes to address current issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
· May conduct or assist with conducting audits to ensure that all data of providers and systems are compliant and properly classified and registered in Chubb's systems ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
· Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the
human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management, and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, market practices, and other sources.
· Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
· Facilitates and support implementation of new initiatives, processes, and other policies related with HR.
Work Experience Experience:
- 5+ years of HR, HRIS and/or Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree of a STEM career or a related discipline.
- Good communication skills
- Strong functional knowledge of HR and processes outcomes
- Experience managing large data, change projects; managing workstream to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond expectations
