Job Scope:
1. Work permit (50%)
- In charge of work permit for all Expat
- To be able to guide Expat to prepare related docs for applying WP
- Proactively search and update WP regulations when there is any changes.
2. Admin task (20%)
- Do all admin work of HR department: payment request, documents filling, translate documents
- Meeting room booking, car booking, cash receiving...
3. Internal event (15%)
- Arrange for Annual Health Check-up.
- Propose and arrange internal events on: Monthly Employee Birthday, Women day, New year....
- Work with Admin, Marketing to prepare for all design / event arrangement.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager (15%)

Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in any major
Experience: From 1-year experience in Admin/HR field, experience in doing WP is prefered
Other skills:
- Good English communication, especially in speaking and writing.
- Responsibility, carefulness, diligent, commitment.
- Flexible, multi-task, can do attitude person.
