This position is to ensure operational efficiency and be responsible for leading the HR, Finance and Service Management of the Ho Chi Minh offices and other locations where our employees based.
The role you'd play:
• Manage the PGS functions (HR, Finance and Service Management) to ensure that they are under proper control and in compliance with both the Company and local/national government policies and standards
• Supervise daily administrative operations and logistic including establishing work priorities, assists in resolving problem related to the day-to-day operations. Specifically, support better reporting system, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
• Implement and supervise the execution of Group policy, procedures, Standard Operations Procedures and operations, monitor compliance with Local Government policies, regulations and appropriate laws
• Organize recruitment, training, appraisal, promotion, engagement activities, compensations and Benefits, career development for staff
• Set up the
communication channel between employees and senior management, strengthen employee relationship, handle labour disputes
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, termination, transfers, and performance management.
• Develop programs to attract and retain staff
• New staff orientation with company policy as well as business standard
• Overall responsibility for expenses accounting and reports
• Exercise cash control within given authority
• Liaise with government agencies to make sure HCMC Office Operations/ activities compliance with Government's requirements and Laws
• Prepare annual audit
• Others duties as assigned
