Job description
To develop research ideas, concept notes, research proposals and design for socio-economic researches and consultancy projects;
To manage, coordinate and participate in the implementation of the research and consultancy projects, from designing study protocols, collecting data to analyzing data, producing reports and disseminating results;
To collaborate with other team members and liaise with relevant stakeholders, including clients, partners and collaborators to assure the projects are completed with highest quality, and within planned timeframe;
To produce research reports and publications;
To manage and expand the network of experts;
Other tasks assigned where necessary.
Qualifications
At least holding a Master Degree in Economics and/or related fields. PhD in Economics and/or other related fields is an advantage. Foreign degrees are preferred.
Having experience in implementing socio-economic research projects. Having publications in reputed
international scientific journal is advantage.
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and leadership;
Proficiency in professional statistical software and programming (e.g. R, STATA, MATLAB, etc.);
Excellent command in English and Vietnamese;
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently;
Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
