Location: Vingroup Building, Vinhomes Riverside Long Bien, Hanoi
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing
Specialist to join our VinFast Merchandise Project team. In this role, you will
be responsible for designing creative key visuals, sales documents, and Tiktok
videos to promote VinFast's products to customers. You will also develop and
implement effective online and offline marketing strategies to reach our target
audience. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years of
experience in product communication and a passion for cars and motorcycles.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and intuitive key visuals,
sales documents, and Tiktok videos that align with VinFast's branding
guidelines.
- Use 2D design tools like Adobe Creative Suite to
create high-quality images and designs.
- Develop and implement effective online and offline
marketing strategies to promote VinFast's products to our target audience.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure project
requirements are understood and completed on time.
- Supervise contractor's work to ensure high-quality
standards are met and consistent with the company's brand message.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as BP
Sales and BP
Product Development, to meet project sales targets.
- Perform other tasks according to the assigned plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related
field.
- At least 2 years of experience in product
communication online/offline, preferably with experience in marketing products
related to cars and motorcycles.
- Proficient in 2D design tools, such as Adobe
Creative Suite.
- Strong project management and time management
skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with agencies is an advantage.
- Passion for cars and motorcycles and understanding
of the automotive industry.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a drive to
create market-leading products.
