Guest Service Officer - GSO (Full-time)
Job Description:
We are looking
Guest Service Officer (Receptionist) for our properties with the following responsibilities:
1. Responsible for checking in guests such as registering and assigning rooms to guests and checking out.
2. Manages guests' accounts and information, and apartment availability in the system
4. Receives and transmits messages to guests promptly.
5. Handles guest queries, comments, and complaints, and refers issues to supervisor when necessary.
6. Responsible and accountable for handling and safekeeping of cash and guest valuables.
7. Perform any other duties as required and directed by the
Guest Service Manager/ Guest
Service SupervisorWork location:
- Somerset Hoa Binh: No 109 Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay, Hanoi
- Somerset West Lake: No 254D Thuy Khue, Tay Ho, Hanoi

Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from the Hospitality University or/and Linguistic University (major: English) are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office eg. MSWord and MSExcel.
- Good coordination skills, meticulous, organized, neat, and diligent.
- Able to converse well in English.
- Candidates who can speak Korean or Japanese is an advantage and will be paid a language allowance
