Job Description:
Work location: Somerset Grand Hanoi - Hanoi Tower, 49 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
The Officer,
Sales Management Team (Sales Admin) is responsible for fully supporting the cluster's centralized sales team, managing the systems used by the cluster, providing timely responses to all Room Rate Plan inquiries, managing the
OTA channels, and maintaining customer and company profiles.
1. Sales Admin
- Preparation of Lease Agreement, Letter of Confirmation, Addendum, Extension, Renewal, and other documents as assigned
- Rate Requisition Form (RRA)
- Filing contracts and handover the copies to Finance.
2. Reports
- Sales cloud weekly report, check-in & expiry list
- Monthly reports
3. Manage
rate & availability for OTAs and RMS
Operation on Residence Management System (RMS): Manage and set up on the system, generate sales reports
4. Other
administration work including replenishment of stationaries, printing papers, letterheads,
envelops and etc
5. Any other duties assigned by the Area DOS and SMT Executive

Requirements:

Fresh graduates from the Sales & Marketing major or/and Linguistic University (English major) are encouraged to apply.
- Good coordination skills, meticulous, organized, neat, and diligent.
- Able to converse well in English.
- Must be detail-oriented, able to
handle multiple tasks, and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills and good knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
