Timo Digital Bank is seeking for a candidate who will be a part of customer team as an Executive, Customer Engagement (Timo Care Representative) will work in Ha Noi as the following below:
📜Job requirements:
Field visit and meet customers to fulfill Customer Identity Verification process for Account Opening and Card Issuance.
Manage customer portfolio and ensure delivery of high-quality products/services to clients and increased revenue for company.
Self-develop and implement action plans to improve company-client relationship.
Collaborate with other departments or banking partners to ensure active implementation of client relationship objectives.
Develop customer portfolio following the assigned target from company or line manager.
Proceed all after sales service such as: Hand-over cards / PIN/ Documents to customers if all requirements are met.
Instruct customers to use The Company's digital channels and products.
Answer simple enquiry of customers or escalate to higher support levels, if any.
Arrange appointments for registered customers to meet RO for debit card receiving.
Consult Timo Visa Credit card qualification criteria for customers to apply.
Conduct survey campaigns to define customers' satisfaction and comments, and advise customers on product features, technical instruction, and privilege programs (if any).
Responsible for performing a full range of
customer service-oriented telephone and other
communication channels such as Facebook, Zalo...
Ensure adherence to the defined operational process, AML & KYC guidelines, code of conduct & rules of The Company.
Participate in developing processes and regulations related to assigned projects.
📜REQUIREMENTS:
Has a motorbike and be able to work out of office.
Be careful, hard-working, trustworthy and discipline.
Has interpersonal skill.
High sense of responsibility and service excellence.
Be able to speak with clarity and precision in order to explain thoroughly to customers.
Be able to work independently or collaborate with teams to solve diverse customer inquiries and issues.
Has appropriate appearance and courtesy manner.
Be able to communicate in English is a plus.
Be able to go on business.
Have experience in service sector (hotels, banking, insurance, finance).
Be able to work in shift, including night and weekend.
Be excited about working on a start-up project under high pressure and productivity achievement.
