Position Purpose:
The Position will assist the HR & Admin Department in the design, and implementation and provide project management as required including but not limited to:
Talent acquisition to drive timely fulfillment of talent needs in support of business and people strategy.
Employer Branding to promote the company's EVP (Employer Value Proposition) to attract and retain talents.
Internal Communications to enhance employee engagement to contribute to the company's business growth.
People System Implementation to ensure the application of policies, practices and procedures.
Performance Review and Employee Satisfaction to create a long-term management succession plan for assigned restaurants.
Accountabilities:
Talent Acquisitions
Partners and works closely with multiple stakeholders to drive timely fulfillment of talent needs in support of business and people strategy. Accountable for end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Maintains relationships with hiring managers and develops relationships with key stakeholders.
a. Aligning job requirements with the hiring manager and/or
HR Business Partners to ensure that a robust specification is available for communication to prospects and to aid in shortlisting
b. Recommending the optimum sourcing approach to generate candidate inflow (eg. Career Site/Job Board, Active search on Social Media, Internal Referral, Agency etc)
c. Screening candidates to generate a shortlist for hiring manager review and participate in an interview
d. Administer the selection process including tests, case studies, organizing interviews, obtaining the hiring manager's assessment, and conducting a reference check
e. Construction of job offer utilizing relevant Rewards guidelines, managing offer process and negotiation
f. Administer offers, welcome new hires, and hand over information to HR C&B.
Build up an active talent pipeline using a mix of channels including direct sourcing, social media tools, connection with universities and third-party vendors
Manage Applicant Tracking System and was responsible for training and implementing with Store Managers. Review and upgrade Applicant Tracking System for a better users experience (Admin, Operation Field team, Store's Managers)
Employer Branding
Participate in branding initiatives and the execution of branding strategies that position the company as an employer of choice in the marketplace
Promote McDonald's as an employer of choice by constantly joining Career Talks, Job Fairs, Store Tours, external networking events, ...

Supervise recruitment's materials from content, printed and social design (hiring kit, recruitment POSM, ...) and ensure job ads are aligned with brand guideline, standard
Revise On-boarding Program and thrive rapidly in improving candidate's experience
Engagement activities
Contribute ideas and take lead in projects to constantly improve and streamline our engagement activities and action plan with Operations Team
Assist in RST internal engagement events
Research and getting staff feedback, evaluation over internal events for further improvement
Build and manage effective working relationships with line managers and leaders to ensure a high level of engagement with all types of staff engagement program
Build and manage proactive relationships with all levels of employee key communicators to support improving communications, developing effective communication channels, materials and engaging employees and business leaders
People System Implementation
Conduct People Support Visit, provide HR counsel/support on People standards to ensure People system, BHOTr well deploy consistently at the store
Act as a support person to Operations during any disciplinary action to ensure procedural and substantive fairness, minimizing any risk of personal grievances
Conduct HR training and other workshops as required
Participate in New Store Opening Project
Performance Review and Employee Satisfaction
Attend performance reviews for the Store management team
Facilitate the administration of crew opinion surveys. Collaborate with Operations Consultant/
Operations Manager to conduct RAP sessions including the development and execution of action plans based on crew opinion surveys, to increase employee satisfaction & morale
HR General
Other support and assignments from Head of HR
