JOB DESCRIPTION
Translate proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa
Audit confirmation for HCM Audit team;
Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed externally
Assist on timesheet reminder, leave-late notification, order and manage stationeries
Arrange team activities and team buildings.
Other tasks required by mentor/Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree of English/Chinese/Japanese, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications is highly preferred.
Good translation skill, translation experience in finance or accounting sector for foreign invested bank/companies is preferred;
Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Details oriented and strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
Smooth coordination within the function and other related functions of KPMG
Enthusiastic, demonstrate "can do" and "team working" attitude with an ability to learn quickly
