RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researching target industries, market and competitor information
Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
Working with management to build and maintain client relationships
Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management
Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports
Performing valuation of private equity and venture capital investments in a variety of industries.
Reviewing transaction agreements and capital structures to understand rights of different share classes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA
Up to 1 or 2 years of valuation experience or
fresh graduates with valuation exposures and strong valuation fundamentals, will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent computer skills such as MS Word and Excel
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese. Further, proficiency in other Asian languages such as Mandarin, Korean etc. will be considered favorably.

Transfer Pricing Analysts work on a variety of assignments, including performing financial analysis, industry analysis and microeconomic research to assist companies in pricing their intercompany transactions. Our Analysts gain experience in many facets of global consulting, including:
Performing financial and statistical analysis for clients that include Fortune 500 companies, top ranked law firms, non-profits, and government organizations

REQUIREMENTS:

3. Executive Assistant (Virtual Assistant Services) APPLY HERE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Single point of contact & escalation for assigned service line and/or location for administrative services
Supports Executive Committee / Leadership (CXO level) with focus on specific services
Build expertise within specific service business lines to extend support to senior leadership.
Manage the request queue for the service line / location with the remote team
Utilizing the assigned assistants to process administrative requests/tasks within their scope while focusing on the smooth operations in the office
Provide constructive feedback received from other executive assistants and training support as needed to other assistants assigned to the business
Manage and prioritize information flow in a timely and accurate manner i.e. calls, contacts, emails
