JOB DESCRIPTION
PowerGate Software is looking for a Fresher Account Manager to join our World-Class Enterprise Sales team in different markets - Australia, Hong Kong, the US, EU, and SEA. The mission of the Fresher Account Manager is to, acquire new customers through meeting with the prospect, qualify the lead, build the relationship, pitch the key stakeholders, and close (win) the deal, converting the prospects into customers.
This role is supported by
Country Manager and
Senior Account Managers, as part of a driven, hungry multi-functional team responsible for the market/region.
DESCRIPTION
Conducting research to define market penetration strategies and suggest potential markets; actively seek new sales leads/ opportunities in targeted markets
Participating in buildup Marketing Strategies to develop market
Building up, caring for and developing potential customers relationship.
Interacting closely with the clients to get the client's requirement
Preparing quotation /proposal
Coordinating and cooperating with related departments to ensure projects run smoothly
Following up with customers from approach stage to after-sale follow up stage. Act as the main contract point for problem solving during running the projects.
Maintaining accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals;
Weekly and monthly reports according to the company's regulation
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above)
At least 1 year experience in Sales (At least 6 months experience in Sales B2C/ B2B)
Excellent knowledge in MS Office, Email, Outlook
Skilled in researching documents and social media platforms
Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams.
Agile, able to analyze and solve problems well.
Nice to have:
Ability to Speak Japanese
Experience in Marketing
