1. JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for service operational tasks: preparing welcome flower, breakfast, birthday cake, newspaper, shuttle bus service, parking management for SR tenant, paper work and support on other tasks as per request
- Handling customer complaints/ incidents
- Planning and holding monthly event for customers
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and related teams to improve the service and support in any issue which are related to service
- Composing sales contracts, quotation, all documents for sales activities. (If require)
- Supporting sales team in documents of sales activities, filling systems
- Supporting the sales team in Sales application processing, ensuring document qualification and service guarantee
- Support Team Leader,
General Director & other department activities as required.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Communication, Problem-solving skills;
- Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve
customer service standards;
- University degree or highe
- Good at Japanese. Fluently English is a plus poin
- Good at MS Office
- Having experience in customer service or similar job is a plus
