Pixta AI is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior
Business Development Executive to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam. This role offers the unique opportunity to work within our Business Incubation department, in collaboration with our lean management team, to shape the future of Pixta AI's market presence. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new clients in our targeted markets, thereby driving our ambitious growth objectives. Your business savvy, comprehensive skill set, and discerning approach will be instrumental in helping Pixta AI establish a strong foothold in the AI industry.
As a
Senior Business Development Executive, you will not only spearhead our sales initiatives but also collaborate closely with our operations team to lead the sales cycle end-to-end.
About the responsibilities
Design and implement business strategies to attain revenue objectives
Identify, research, and execute new market initiatives
Prospect and qualify potential accounts within targeted markets
Nurture leads and drives them through the sales pipeline
Develop and present tailored quotes and proposals to potential clients
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business development team, and devise strategies to achieve them
Align sales efforts with team members across departments
Identify potential partnership opportunities and facilitate collaborations to propel Pixta AI towards its goals

5+ years of experience in software sales, ideally within a B2B service-selling environment
Comprehensive understanding of business challenges and the ability to position our products as optimal solutions
Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual targets
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Genuine enthusiasm for working in a dynamic AI start-up environment, such as Pixta AI

Annual performance-based bonus: 1 month's salary
Commission on each client acquisition and project value (subject to certain conditions)
