below tasks:
1. Event & Communications management (30%)
Planning & conducting events to raise BSS brand awareness, customizing
event's strategy base on purpose & audiences (partnership event, internal
event, media event,...)
Working, collaborating & managing agencies to assure the event will be
done on time and meet the expectations/KPI with win-win and respectful
spirit.
Design the touching points & event experience to make sure the participants
have a WOW impression with BSS.
Managing BSS communications channels such as Fanpage, Youtube,
Linkedin, Website,... and planning content ideas to develop communications
effectively.
2.
Project management (30%)
Assist Brand Leader in proactively managing all the projects related to brand
development (including Employer Branding & Corporate Branding) such as
branding website, universities collaboration, partnership collaboration,
internal relations, brand awareness, events, branding materials production,...
Proactively plan & build project strategy, proposal, execution details.
3. Awards & Sponsors research & registration (20%)
Assist Brand Leader to research valuable awards in Vietnam & International in
Technology, eCommerce, business fields, prepare registration materials to
make sure BSS will be listed & awarded to raise brand awareness & reputation.
Assist Brand Leader in researching valuable & high reputation
events/activities/summits to sponsor.
4. Partners relations management (10%)
Manage & build relationships with internal & external partners
(Universities, internal employees, agencies,...) to make sure they support
BSS's projects with the highest spirit.
With internal employees: design & develop employees' journey from the
application stage to when they leave BSS to make sure they have the
thehappiest time with the company.
Develop brand impression in partners' minds as a supportive, kind &
professional BSS.
5. Other duties & pop-up projects are base on the team's requirements &
needs (10%)
REQUIREMENTS
Age 22-26. Freshers are welcome to apply
Good English skills (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
Bachelor's Degree required in Communications/PR/Marketing, at least 1
year of full-time working experience.
Good communication and organization skills.
People-oriented, Customer centric & Service mindset
Have the spirit to bring the WOW experience to everyone.
Enthusiastic, enjoy working with people and flexible in resolving conflicts
with others
Video editor & design skills a plus
