What You Will Do
Receive recruitment requests from Departments and Managers
Plan recruitment strategy
Upload CVs on the HR system
Screening CVs
Coordinating and arranging interviews
Support with personnel procedures: Employment offer, labor contract, amendment, resignation, termination decisions and relevant document.
Keep up to date on labor rules and regulations, processes, and workflow.
Participate/ assist HRM in implementing teams' projects & initiatives
Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
What are your qualifications:
Fresh graduates with related majors
Experiences working in an office before is a plus
Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Fast learners in working with HR Management system
Good at
communication and interpersonal skills
Good at English with 4 skills (speaking, writing, listening & reading)
Careful, and result-oriented
Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
