Head of Trade Marketing leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers. Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Your role will be to develop the marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy. You will continue to build and manage our growing team of Trade Marketers and will closely work with the Sales Managers
Responsibilities
- The Head of Trade Marketing is responsible for the development and coordination of the trade marketing & insights activities to maximize the potential of the Good Food brand in the trade whilst maintaining the brand personality & values.
- Using the marketing keys of Product, Price, Promotion, Place and People, you develop local success model and translate brand visions to the retailers.
- Providing essential support to Good Food's sales team, oversee the product and sales training programs.
- Our principal channels are Horeca B2B, B2C, E-commerce, retailers, etailers, department stores,... We want maximum visibility and impact, so you must establish and maintain excellent relationships with all of them.
- Leading the strategy of the sales team and enable the execution of that strategy via Key Accounts and Field Sales teams. This includes all means of communication (internal, trade & shopper), internal coordination between marketing and sales, POS development and implementation, Category Management projects, trial activities and sales analysis to generate insight. In general, the job holder will co-ordinate and project manage all trade-led marketing activities
