Get to know the role:
The Communications Intern is responsible to assist Brand Signature Lead in crucial
product development initiatives that will help reinforce BAEMIN's unique identity and build stronger relationships with users and other stakeholders. This includes frequent support for content production and operations management of BAEMIN Studio.
Responsibilities:
BAEMIN Studio support:
Assist in planning and executing communications activities in-app and out-app that demonstrate the stories behind each product and promotional content that drive traffic and attract users' attention.
Support with social media management of BAEMIN studio through asset creation and user engagement.
Assist in working with Brand Signature Lead and Design to build up a new product development agenda that resonates with users on a daily basis and during special occasions.
Look for high quality suppliers and maintain a database of good service partners.
Support with
administration and operations tasks to ensure smooth businesses/
Work with internal teams and external partners to promote BAEMIN Studio as a signature unit of BAEMIN through exciting events, activations, and other touchpoints.
Social content curation:
Assist in writing weekly topics and support with content development for current Blog Bàn Ăn (in-app) that center around food discovery, including but not limited to unboxing new dishes, discovering food streets, grading the popular menu, etc.
Support with conducting activities (online and offline) that encourage user-generated-content and promote interactive relationships with users.
Support with social management activities including creating new social assets for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok to amplify the signature.
Other user-centric projects:
Additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
3rd-year student or
fresh graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, and related majors;
Experience working in a complex, fast-moving organization is highly appreciated; other experience with similar skill sets and approach can be considered;
Have a good understanding of, keen interest in and intention to develop career paths in Corporate Communications;
A creative thinker, a careful writer and friendly networker with critical thinking and detail orientation;
Confident, humble, caring, and can-do mindset
