Job Description:
✅ Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate solution via phone, email, and live chat. Following up to ensure resolution.
✅ Monitor customer comments on
social media and provide assistance.
✅ Receive trip booking information, provide quotes, and trip preparation.
✅ Support new customers, how to use the app, how to choose the suitable routes.
✅ Daily report to CS supervisor.
Requirements:
✅ Fluent in both written and spoken English.
✅ Experience as a
Customer service staff or similar CS role.
✅ Familiar with transportation, operation, the travel agency is a plus.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
✅ Quick learner.
