JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a Sales Assistant to support us for the Summer program. The contract duration will last 2 months & a half (last date: 30th June 2023).
The labor contract will be managed by our 3rd party.

Key Accountabilities
Sale support:
Calling and following up with prospective parents and students to invite them to NI's Events, and
submitting students' documents
Key-in data on SRM System
Administration tasks to support the recruitment team
Other sales duties if required
Marketing support: Support Marketing and
Program Advisors with admin tasks before,
Job information:
Project timing: from the start date to 30th June 2023
Working hours: 8 hours per day & 4 days per week (or 32 hours per week)
Net salary: 50,000VND per hour

REQUIREMENTS
A relevant degree.
Experience in administrative tasks
and
customer service.
Ability to work independently as
well as to work flexibly and effectively as a member of a team in a high-volume
customer-focused environment
Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and service expectations

Collect documents from service
mailbox and arrange in a pre-defined order

Enter application data into
student record system while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention
to detail

Check data entered by students
against their supporting documents
5.
Process offer acceptance form
6.
Provide support for filing
documents
7.
Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
1. Relevant bachelor degree
2. Experience in a customer service environment in
education environment and demonstrate customer-orientation
3. Experience working with systems and databases
4. Good organisational skills, including time management
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when
managing information and able to work with confidential information
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and
as part of a team
