Job Description
Recruitment (60%)
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
Preparing and sending interview invitations and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Coordinating new hire orientations.
HR Administrative tasks (20%)
Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Assisting in making reports and updating staff annual leave records.
Other tasks if assigned by the Talent Acquisition team and the Head of the
HR Department.
Employer Branding (20%)
Brainstorming ideas and content for monthly job posts.
Designing posters & creating videos for Publicis Groupe's social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn).
Supporting Talent Acquisition team in other Employer Branding events/activities.
Qualifications
Interested in
Human Resources and willing to learn.
Able to work full-time from Mon-Fri (9:30 - 6:00)
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective
communication skills.
Good in English and Microsoft Excel
Social-Media-savvy and Tech-savvy is a big plus
