WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support Recruitment Process:
- CV Screening
- Arrange interviews
- Update CV database
- Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks
2. Support Employer Branding
- Participate in organizing Career Fairs/Career Expo, including design, preparation logistics and coordinating with various internal & external stakeholders
- Support to monitor social media content e.g Facebook page, Linkedin.
3. Support internal communication & engagement activities
- Draft the communication via email or post in Workplace for engagement and recognition activities per request such as Employee Engagement survey, Inspire Awards...
- Support in
administration and logistics for companies' activities: Wellness program, Inspire awards celebration, etc...
- Involve in brainstorming and initiating new ideas to improve employees' engagement in specific company activities
4. Support Training/ Induction program
- Collect and record the training survey, training evaluation
- Arrange the In-house Training (Induction/ Compliance training, etc. )
5. Contract/ Annex management
- Review the Contract/Annex
- Print out and get signed by Authorized person and Employee with proper filing.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate/
fresh graduate who will graduate in late 2023 or in 2024
- Have experience working as an HR intern or a similar role in the
Human Resource Department is a plus
- Good communication skill (especially in written and verbal) in both English and Vietnamese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Interest in recruitment & employee engagement activities.
- Experience in video making, creating PowerPoint slides & organizing events in offline and online platforms.
- Good organizing & planning skills, Be proactive and able to handle multi-tasks with right priority.
- Details oriented.
- Have experience in managing social media.
- Able to commit at least 6 month working period.
