We are looking for a new colleague to work as P&C Generalist with an extra responsibility within the area of Learning & Development.
As P&C Generalist your main tasks are:
Be a partner to the line managers where you contribute to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, labour law, individual- and team development.
Work with benefits, compensation, payroll, P&C
administration etc.
Be responsible for, coordinate and drive the Learning & Development agenda for Purchasing & Logistics South East Asia region. These tasks will take 30-40% of your working time.
Provide learning offers and secure training deliveries.
Contribute to leadership/ manager training initiatives.
Contribute to an atmosphere where knowledge sharing, competence flow, rotation or different kinds of competence development initiatives will attract, retain and develop talented co-workers.
Contribute to and implement the local P&C Action plans including policies, guidelines and strategies, and ensuring compliance to them.
Actively contribute towards building IKEA tone of voice and IKEA culture in the workplace.
Act as an IKEA ambassador. Reinforce and strengthen IKEA culture and values.
Qualifications

You have a good knowledge of Vietnamese employment law and you are fluent in English and Vietnamese.
To be successful in this role you need to have/be:
Experienced P&C/HR professional, preferably in an
international company.
Experience from working with learning & development, facilitation and competence development
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with various audiences in English and Vietnamese, both verbally and in writing.
Passionate about people and having a strong belief in individual development.
Be genuinely interested in home furnishing.
Experience from working with external contacts (universities, governmental departments, etc)
Additional Information
You will work in an international environment, within the field of Purchasing & Logistics in South East Asia. Our legal company name is IKEA Services Ltd (Vietnam). You will be located in
Ho Chi Minh City, in a growing office where we will expand from about 100 to 130 co-workers the next few months. Your job will include close cooperation with your peers in all three of our offices: Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta and Bangkok.
