Responsibilities
Responsible
for supporting all sales planning and reporting activities across the relevant
Brands and channels to drive effective and efficient sales execution. This
includes periodic reporting and analysis, preparation of sales targets, order
management, incentive programs/reporting, and general reporting and
analytical activities to support sales activities across the relevant channels.
Collaborate
with Brand and Online to set annual commercial strategies and targets to
deliver on strategic objectives and lead the commercial team to deliver on the
KPIs
Lead SIOP
meeting for monthly Sales LE reviews in consultation with Brand and Online
Identify
Risks & Opportunities and work with Brand and Online to re-prioritize in
line with the changing needs of the business and develop contingency plans for
business-critical issues to ensure ELC quarterly net sales delivery.

Prepare weekly / monthly sales
reports for the relevant Brands/channels, including analytics and insights to
determine opportunities for improvement

Manage monthly/annual sales
target data for the relevant doors (FSS, FSF, DS etc)
·
Develop monthly
door retail programs and order products through sales analysis. Lead the tracking and communication
of trade and promotional activity
·
Set monthly sales targets by category and
develop short-term incentive programs to drive sales in partnership with Brand
Marketing and
Commercial Sales·
Partner with
Brand Marketing and Education
(Brand and Commercial) to develop retail programs to support effective
in-market execution for ACEs and drive sales improvement
·
Lead key data analysis across
Brands / Channels for trends, risks and opportunities to drive sales
improvement and productivity (including monthly sales budgeting and people
costs across the Affiliate)
·
Place, collaborate and manage orders for
the relevant channels
·
Manage monthly sales budget and people
costs for the relevant Brands / Brand Cluster
·
Support with the relevant information, data
and analytics for sales incentive programs and payments
·
Provide data and analytics to support new
door openings and closures
·
Perform other ad hoc planning and
reporting activities for Brand Marketing and Commercial Sales team as requested
Ensure all stock levels are optimized
by sourcing stock from local, and regional, together with internal brand
negotiations for relevant basic stock.

Liaise
with the demand planning team and Brands to secure stock for the channel. Strictly
follow up with inventory management to minimize clearance and warehousing cost
·
Generate
stock orders and management of stock transfers (both saleable and GWP) between
stores and warehouses.
·
Lead
driving the planning to execution by collaborating with the Commercial Assistant and Sale
Lead to ensure
·
Effectively
planning stock and promotion within brand guidelines, and monitoring cost/incremental
sales for each initiative/major promotion.
