is looking for a talent to join the team as a Market
Research assistant, based
in
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role aims to provide Market and Client
Intelligence to facilitate strategy pursuits and growth of business.
Conduct
industrial and B2B
market research and support proposals development, collect
and analyze industries, assess market opportunities, and competitive
landscapes, interpret research results, write and present exceptional key
findings or research summary reports.
Main
responsibilities
Periodic
Market/Industry/Sector research: develop Industry report and knowledge
databases, monitor market trend and development, identify insights that suit
for different service lines.
Client
research for strategy pursuits and key accounts insights from engagements and
seize opportunity.
Competitor
watch to provide key update, market share, and analysis to support company
strategy development.
Support
all business lines' proposal development including capability statement.
Ensure
timely and accurate regular reports delivery: client, pipeline, strategy
reports, etc.
Analyze
and interpret data to provide data-driven recommendations and deliver
compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Continue
enhancing research methodologies to facilitate complex business environment and
business objectives including but not limited to go-to-market strategy.
Guide
junior staff(s) to conduct market and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's
Degree in Market Research, Marketing, or related discipline.
2+
years of experience in primary market research with a minimum of 1 year of
experience in B2B.
Demonstrated
expertise in a wide range of market research approaches and methodologies.
Ability
to synthesize data from a wide variety of sources and highly skilled in
analysis and action-oriented reporting.
Excellent
communication and presentation skills.
Meticulous,
able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way; adapts to
changing circumstances in a fast-paced, complex organization.
Be
open minded, be initiative, creative.
Highly
proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS
PowerPoint
Strong written and
verbal communications in both English and Vietnames
