Scope of assignment
As
P&C intern, you will get an understanding of People & Culture
operation's procedure and process, especially in organizing coworker's
personnel profiles and required documents/ process follow local labor law and
requirements. In addition, you will also get hands on experiences in planning
and organizing an engaging onboarding process for future co-workers
Key deliverables
The Intern will focus on supporting daily
HR operation &
administration process and might be involved in global
project and initiatives. The Intern will also support in all
activities around Onboarding process to create a better engagement journey for
IKEA's new hired co-workers.
