Job Description
1. Inbound & Outbound logistics
Check data shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing list, Sea/Air bill of Lading, MSDS, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Purchase Order, Customs Declaration Sheet ... from stakeholders according to local customs regulations for clearance
Ensure 3PL follow delivery KPI based on time commitment with customer
Responsible to follow up with shipping agents for updating overseas shipment status and suggest solutions to stakeholders in case emergency
Mitigating control timing of temporary import - re-export & temporary export - re-import
Check & ensure LSP billing accuracy such as
customs clearance fee, homologation fee, specialized inspection fee ... matching with tariff based on Bosch contract
Coordination and solve the problems or customer complaint during delivery time
2. Duty and tax
Follow up duty payment process to Customs to ensure there's no duty & tax liability to be impacted to customs clearance process
Coordinate with internal customer and follow up to submit the Certificate of Origin to Customs on time
Preparing documents for duty reimbursement processes
Collect duty reimbursement approved by customs
3. Reporting &
AdministrationDaily/monthly KPI, monthly costs saving report
Customs/Gov guidelines update to stakeholders
Control documents in hard copy follow with Gov guidelines to be ready for submission on time in case relevant dept needed.
Other reports assigned by supervise level
4. CIP coordinator
Defined lesson learned and preventive actions to improve 3PL performance
Attending CIP workshop, member of project team to take care logistics part of company activities
Qualifications
University Diploma in Foreign Trade or related majors
One year experience at least in same position/
document staffGood command in Vietnamese and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Standard (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access...)
Can-do attitude, future and result orientation
Eyes for details and good organization skills
High sense of discipline and confidentiality
Ability to work under high-pressure and meet short deadlines
Regular working time: 44 hours/week (from 8:00AM to 17:30PM, Monday to Friday)
