What you'll do
Approach and convince
video content creator to join a Zalo video platform;
Manage support groups for creatorsConsulting and answering questions about the platform;
Receive, respond and handle creators' complaints;
Monitor, control, and coordinate with related departments to promptly handle arising incidents;
Summarize and make weekly/monthly/quarterly reports;
Implement other tasks per required by
line manager.
What you'll need
Just graduated from intermediate/ college/ university;
Experience in managing social media community group (Facebook/TikTok/YouTube);
Knowledge and use of social media trends;
Proficient in the use of Office applications;
Good
communication, agile, hard working, eager to learn;
Sociable and patient in work;
Able to work on weekends.
