We are looking for a Head of Business who is passionate about driving innovation and help build a product that customers love! You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out the product that deliver the company's vision and strategy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the roadmap and documentation of new product ideas, and take responsibility for driving data and optimization products to help improve all aspects of organization.
*** Key Responsibilities
Define product and service vision, strategy and roadmap to drive growth and business impact.
Define metrics to measure the health and success of your products and initiatives.
Work closely with the engineering teams across products to build scalable and robust solutions.
Keep apprised of innovations and trends in the industry as well as emerging technologies, and inspire teams to stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer personas and segments, validate MVP and product scope and deepen knowledge of customer needs, motivations and behaviours to influence designs that contribute to a rewarding customer experience.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business imperatives, rules of engagement, expectations, analyse and mitigate risks and determine a strategic approach to
product development.
Lead agile delivery teams to prioritise backlog items, contribute to user story writing, ensure the team understands the product backlog, owning the product road-map on behalf of business stakeholders and planning for sprints in conjunction with the scrum master for these sprints.
Continually seek new innovative ideas and technology to include in the project delivery and socialise effectively with project stakeholders.
Own ongoing support and maintenance issues to ensure services are demonstrating
continuous improvement and continuing to meet customer needs. To succeed in this role, you must have experience in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product development.

Proven ability and experience with successfully managing projects to completion.
Strong influencing skills and experience successfully liaising with difficult business stakeholders and technical development teams to deliver digital products & services whilst maintaining strong relationships.
Demonstrates a strong commercial acumen with a desire to base decisions on data and business value.
Experience working in the financial services industry is an advantage.
Industry tertiary qualified with Agile Product Owner qualifications is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written
communication in English.
