Responsible for supporting commercial operations processes, customer services, order fulfillment, warehousing and last mile delivery in order to enhance Sellde seller's experience and performance, ultimately contributing to overall growth of the commercial department.

Commercial Operation:
Responsible for warehouse operation activities, coordinating the outsourcing to third parties and managing end-to-end KPI related warehouse productivity and efficiency.
Responsible for last mile delivery service by coordinating 3PL vendors, as well as managing KPI related lead time, damage, return,...
Collaborate with
Commercial Manager to manage and optimize inventory health
Main contact point that lead the process of resolving customer and order fulfillment related issues
Take key tasks on Data processing & Analysis related Operation KPI
Requirements:
1. Domain Expertise
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Ecommerce | Logistics & Supply Chain is prefered
1-2 years of experience in Operation/E-commerce or similar roles. Open for
Fresh Graduates with strong passion for operation.
Knowledge in data processing & analysis. Strong in Excel is a must.
Knowledge of warehouse operation, inventory management and last-mile delivery management (nice to have)
Knowledge working with relevant stakeholders: suppliers, sales, finance, logistics (Nice to have)
Native in Vietnamese and Proficient Business English (verbal; written)
2. Skillset
Strong mathematical, statistical and analytical skills. Good Computer skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint...) is a basis; a must-have.
Strong logical thinking and critical thinking
Strong at problem solving, time management, teamwork and multitasking.
Advance presentation and communication (verbal; written) skills
