I. JOB BRIEF:
The Project Manager will support the CMO in management of all projects for our many brands. Working with Marketing Managers to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, and will also supervise people working on marketing campaigns.
II. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project Management (Marketing)
- Join the meeting with CMO and the Marketing Managers to review marketing projects and map out the tasks needed to implement activities
- Work with CMO and Marketing Managers to creating the project timeline, and then ensuring everyone keeps to this timeline.
- Following up project timelines and reporting to CMO and marketing teams.
- Have ownership and update the project management dashboard for CMO.
- Notify CMO of delayed projects for any brand.
- Support CMO in prioritizing projects and tasks based on resources and team workload
- Coordinate with all marketing managers to ensure any inbound requests or tasks are recorded and prioritized
- Plan, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of tasks with each Marketing team ensuring all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinating with brand leaders on status for ongoing + new upcoming projects.
- Communicate with all stakeholders and carry out supervisory duties with efficiency wherever required.
- Develop and maintain a healthy working relationship with all different departments within the company to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Input and communicate to stakeholders CMO feedback and priorities including new projects, adjusted dates, deadlines and others.
