Play a key role in the representation of Vietnam's marking needs at a regional level and develop a network covering all aspects of the global marketing team.
The Role
As the Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing and implementing fully integrated marketing plan for Vietnam for learning and assessment that incorporates key and relevant sector marketing campaigns. This will require close collaboration and consultation with the Vietnam Country Head.
You will collaborate closely with the
Digital Marketing Executive to ensure campaigns fully meet the requirements of the Vietnam market.
You will collaborate closely with the Recognitions Manager, Assessment Services Manager and Professional
Learning and Development Manager, and with external key stakeholders to raise awareness, develop recognition and drive demand for Cambridge propositions in Vietnam
Key Accountabilities include:
Build an understanding of customer needs and pain points, market challenges, opportunities, and competitor activities in the region to inform the development of campaigns and tactics that successfully engage target audiences and meet objectives.
Help create, implement, and continuously review a range of integrated marketing campaigns that are aligned to the regional marketing plan and are prioritised based on revenue and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with sales and customer service colleagues to understand how campaigns and tactics should position relevant propositions via carefully crafted messages based on customer insights.
Work with global marketing colleagues to optimise the execution of campaign delivery, continuously measuring results to inform and progress onward activity
Manage communications channels and public relations in the region, developing the organisational voice externally and providing the key information needed to support sales colleagues in their roles.
Manage relationships with internal and external delivery partners to ensure campaigns and tactics are delivered on brand, on brief and on time, and that they clearly demonstrate return on marketing investment (ROMI)
Feed into the regional recognition strategy and manage the relationship with local key stake holders.
Provide strategic guidance on the educational market trends and relevant competitor information
About You
You will have experience in
marketing communications or product marketing with a proven track record of leading on integrated marketing campaigns in Vietnam that have delivered commerical value. You will be passionate about working together effectively as a part of an inclusive and diverse global network to create better outcomes.
Key knowledge, experience and skills include:
An understanding of Cambridge Learning and Assessment product ranges and an understanding of the competitive context
Strong knowledge and experience with brand, product marketing and events
Knowledge and experience of English Language learning and/or assessment marketing and customers
Experience with localising global marketing campaigns
Being digitally literate with a solid understanding of the digital media mix
