We have recently launched our online delivery platform, through the service, we also aim to bring happiness and make pizza 4Ps become more accessible to our valued customers. Under the effort of building the trust over delivery guest experience, it's been important that we commit our consistency on pizza delivery time. We want to be the number one brand in spreading happiness to our customers, and delivery experience time is one of the most important values we measure to set our goals around for the next 10 years.
As the delivery and service team leader, you will train new members in job duties, effectively and efficiently handle customers complaints and concerns, leading the drivers team to ensure we fully commit to the overall delivery experience time of below 30 min and guest satisfaction is always the key to our success.
We're finding 2 potential candidates: 1 incharge HCM area ; 1 incharge HN area.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT ?
- You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Build the SOP training to implement to all internal drivers
- Recruit, train, and counsel team members while maintaining safety and upholding performance standards
- Assist and handle drivers concerns/questions on daily basis
- Assist in routing, scheduling and re-routing as necessary to ensure route coverage
- Tracking shipments : ensure that they are delivered as scheduled . If there are any delays or issues , they must take appropriate action to resolve them
- Conduct route analysis to recommend saving opportunities and maximize members coverage
- Conduct data report on daily/weekly basis to ensure the whole driver team seeing delivery performance data and customer feedback, which help them understanding the importance of Kaizen
- Continuously improving the processes : Evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Working closely with RMs to ensure smooth communication and planning for drivers coverage
WHO YOU ARE ?
- Minimum of highschool diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to manage time and balance multiple priorities to accomplish goals
- Ability to work flexible schedule and off hours
- Good computer skills for report tracking, time and attendance/scheduling planning
- Strong and clear communication skills
Training & Working schedule:
- 3 months onboarding, training and working at delivery hub and hybrid stores
- Works 200 hours/ month: 8 hours/ day and 1 day off per week, flexible working hours based on operation schedule
- 15 - 18 annual leave days per year
