MISSION
Acts as an intermediary and between internal purchasing center and Big C stores and other departments and suppliers, is in charge of products assortment, space and concepts in all stores. A comprehensive
communication channel for exchange information. It entails high level, internal communication with various collaborators and provide high quality and timely support to the work of an organization.
ACTIVITIES
Rental
Identify and develop all potential rental items within Big C stores;
Develop all rental demands within departments and provide an efficient result to buyers in order to maximize his/ her role on negotiation skills with suppliers;
Develop, manage, control rental procedures to be applied for FMCG, Non Food, Fresh Food;
Organize and managing rental process from PC to stores, PC to external departments and others;
Updating data base rental records;
Reporting business activity, progress and status and record them manually;
Administration to Director
Ensure the Director's personal needs related to work: paper work, bank account, invoices, housing, pick-up, business trip...
Check and ensure the logistics for everyday work of the Director, and of the meetings and events related to the Director.
1. Organization and contribution to content
Ensure the Director's schedule planning by liaising with the Board of Directors members and the concerned people.
Assist the Director in the management of his team and of the company
Ensure the appointments and contributing when required to the relationship with partners outside of the company.
Write speeches, letters ... and send messages for the Director. Ensure the right translation and the meaning.
Contribute to the meeting content if necessary
2. Miscellaneous:
Check if the processes are respected: documents for signatures, appointment request, approval of expenditure ...
Coordination with different Department when necessary to ensure the functioning of the
Head Office and/ or for work of the Director.
Inform the Director of news related to the business

5. Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor/ Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience: minimum 1- 2 years
Attitude: positive
Language: English or French
Computers skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Outlook

Good presentation and communication skills and work well with internal, external;
Understanding of relevant regulations, procesdures and working culture at Purchasing Center;
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with internal and external departments
