Summary:
Provide internal sales support for the sales team
and point of contact for customer enquiries. Delivery of a quality customer
service and sales support.
Responsibilities:
Tracking sales process.
Receive and respond all request, claims from
customer after sales.
Customer data management.
Sales pipeline management.
Handling and controlling order from customers;
checking and finding out accurate items codes and processing purchase order.
Handling quotation, contract process from HQ to
customers.
Tracking, managing shipment for customers and closely
follow up to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of goods.
Handle for samples process from HQ to
customers.
Coordinate with other function team to support
Business Development on all related issues.
Make all kind of reports for local and HQ on
time.
Follow up customer to ensure payment process on
time.
Other jobs will be assigned from manager.
Job Requirements:
Majoring in Business
Administration, Accounting
or relevant
Working experiences of Sales/Sales Admin are
advantage.
Good communication and organization skills
Chinese and
English speakingGood at computer skill (MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Careful/flexible/sociable
Ability to work under high pressure.
Prefer candidates who can work fulltime.
