JOB DESCRIPTION:
Be responsible for the management of assigned product(s), which are unlimited to product planning, development and implementation and coordination of
sales and marketing strategies, objectives and programs
Be responsible to recommend in the development of marketing and advertising programs for Credit card products
Maintain strong relationship with other departments for marketing and sales of assigned product(s) to monitor trends, determine customer expectation, understand
sales officers' needs, etc.
Develop and recommend marketing objectives, including sales volume and profit forecasts
Recommends criteria for testing newly developed products, review test results and recommend necessary alteration of testing of product
Recommend new or revised products by researching or directing research to determine customer/prospect needs and probability of purchase
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Education level, certification:
Graduated from University in related majors: economics, finance, banking, business
administration, and marketing.
- Experience:
Knowledge of financial institution products and services, card products.
A minimum of 01 year of work experience related to the card or banking sector.
Experience relating to credit card is an advantage
Requires 1 years' experience in the related area
Knowledge of Card payment industry
- Individual Characteristics:
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio)
