Job Responsibilities
1.Recruitment:
Working with hiring managers to gain an understanding of a roles requirements.
Conduct search from different sources and screening interview to make sure the right candidate is recruited
Actively participate in the recruitment network to ensure the access to talent pool
Build a professional relationship with candidate from interviewing to hiring
Maintain candidate database and filing systems.
2. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:
Assist TA Manager in delivering the talent acquisition strategy, implement and execute employer branding activities
Assist TA Manager in executing FCV young talent programs including: Management Trainee, Fresher, Internship as well as Post-program reporting, detailed tracking and analysis.
3. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
What we ask
The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required, major in Human Resources, Business, or relevant discipline is preferred
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position

Good verbal and written communication skills, in both English & Vietnamese
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good logical thinking, planning & execution skills
