JOB DESCRIPTION
Office management:
Monitor and ensure adequate supplies and stationery
Manage inventories, stationery/travel/event expenses, and maintenance costs of the company
Payment management:
Receive and proceed paperwork, including but not limited to (contract, purchase orders, ...)
Work with
Finance & Accounting to proceed and update payment request
Operations:
Manage papers and records of the
HR Department in place
Receive, classify and transfer documents and correspondence to relevant employees/departments/clients as required
Be responsible for account request for current and new users
Assist in the preparation and organization of internal and external events, i.e. team building, year-end party, internal engagement, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
3rd-or 4th- year students from any field, and able to work fulltime
Proficient at Google Suite productivity tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Great
communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and well-organized
Hard-working, honest, with ability to withstand pressure
Reliable, self-disciplined, eager to learn in a fast paced environment with a can do, hands on attitude to get the job done
