JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
Your work will be essential to the Account - Retainer team, as in to maintaining client happiness by listening to preferences and providing useful advice and services. A keen listener with a customer-focused approach will be the perfect candidate.
The goal is to ensure the continuous development of our business activities and establish our agency as a leader in the industry.
What you will be doing:
Account ManagementOperating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Being responsible for the quality of deliverables, timeline, and KPIs delivery commitment
Planning resources for project implementation, supervise the execution and assure minimal errors rate
Developing trusted advisor relationships with Clients
Managing and optimizing campaign performance.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Business DevelopmentBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Ensuring that clients are aware of all the services Dinosaur can offer
Team Management
Coaching and supervising Account Executive and
Senior Account ExecutiveSolving team and cross-team problems
Maintaining the spirit and values of the agency to the team
Stimulating creative, media and other personnel to do their best for clients through praise, objective evaluation, constructive criticism, realistic deadlines, etc;
REQUIREMENTS
We would love to know if you have the following:
At least 3 years of experience in account management. Proven work experience as a (Junior) Account Manager or relevant roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Good communicating and interpersonal skills to work with different departments
Demonstrable ability to present and sell creative/digital solutions to clients
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Details oriented, result-driven, friendly, warm, willing to learn with a positive attitude
Good interpersonal, analytic thinking skills and financial management including reporting and forecasting
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
